On the subject of Keane & Fluence

[edit]

You don't have the right to come and talk me like that, as well as I don't have the right to revert disambig pages and also, I never said anything against you but time will tell what goes on the future of the page.--Fluence 01:22, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I do believe i told you to grow up Fluence, i stand by that comment, you should. Your use of the phrase "time will tell what goes on the future of the page" leads me to believe that you intend to vandalise the Keane page again to point at the pop band you seem to love so much, that is quite childish so i reserve my right to tell you to grow up.
With quotes like this on your user page "Keane is the best band in history. I don't care what others may complain because they're wrong." and your editing style i am not sure you should even be allowed to edit the site for Keane (band) as you are clearly not capable of being unbiased on the subject, your own personal opinion seems to overide anything else anyone has got to say on the subject.Murphy Inc 09:55, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your GA nomination of Keane (film)

The article Keane (film) you nominated as a good article has failed , see Talk:Keane (film) for reasons why the nomination failed. If or when these points have been taken care of, you may apply for a new nomination of said article. If you oppose this decision, you may ask for a review.

Leaving Wikipedia

[edit]

Per the last paragraph of my latest comment on the article's talk page, I hope you change your mind about leaving Wikipedia, or end up coming back at some point, as from my experience interacting with you, you will be missed.Though perhaps not by Fluence. :) --Dreaded Walrus t c 11:15, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I hope you stay too. I have started some pages myself, and I find it actually to be a compliment when people start editing them. It means they have an interest in what you did, and would like to add to your work. Wiki is a fun place, and we need active people like you too. Cheers.--RobNS 18:38, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Keane movie poster.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Keane movie poster.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. WP:FILMS Questionnaire

[edit]

As a member of WikiProject Films, you are invited to take part in the project's first questionnaire. It is intended to gauge your participation and views on the project. At the conclusion of the questionnaire, the project's coordinators will use the gathered feedback to find new ways to improve the project and reach out to potential members. The results of the questionnaire will be published in next month's newsletter. If you know of any editors who have edited film articles in the past, please invite them to take part in the questionnaire. Please stop by and take a few minutes to answer the questions so that we can continue to improve our project. Happy editing!

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
